We know how it is, sometimes you just don't have the time to reply to messages right away… but what if you already opened it? 🙈

Now you can mark messages as unread so you can come back to them later and not lose them forever! 🕺

You can access this option from the three-dot-menu at the top right of the chat pop-up, or clicking on the red "Mark as Unread" sign that shows above new messages 😁

We fixed an issue where (if you were on floating view) you would no longer see yourself on the call if someone shared their screen.

Improvement

We worked on several small aesthetic and functional fixes within calls and VMs that should overall improve the user experience 😁

These include:

• Adding new icons for users' video states
• Reducing the time notifications stay on the call window
• Sidebar resizing being on the wrong side

We had an issue where others would see you as online even when you had set yourself as "Away" on the app 🙈

This is no longer the case, so you can feel safe taking a breather on Away mode 😎

You read that right 😎 you can now attach pictures and files to messages!

Just click on the 📎 icon and select anything under 10MB to send over to your contacts 🕺

We know many of you have been waiting for this 😄 it's time to start sharing more with Tribe!

It is now a lot easier to send us a message! We have added a "Get Help" button within the Profile menu as well as on the Mac OS top bar 🙌 Click on any of them and message us instantly 😄 you can also keep using the "?" button at the bottom of the app of course.

More keyboard shortcuts have been added to the VM player 🎉 you can now toggle fullscreen using the "F" key and call the user using the "C" button 📞

• The team continues to polish space pop-ups 🚀 We fixed the issue where users were unable to scroll up in the space chat history.

• An issue where you couldn't see old VMs was swiftly removed 🥷

• We have made it easier for you to reach out to us through the app! 📢 You can now click on "Get Help" from your profile menu to send us a quick message with any feedback or issues you may have been facing 🤩

• The Tribe web experience has also had several improvements! It is a lot easier to download the app and move the call over to desktop (without having to stop your meeting!)

We had an issue where new avatars would not upload and users would just show their initials instead. This has now been fixed and you can all display your beautiful faces again 📸

We also snuck in an additional fix to the space pop-ups 🥷 We made sure that the emoji selector has the right sizing depending on how big the space pop-up itself is.

We have been working hard to improve call performance. Now, using the active speaker mode or the grid view with fewer participants in the side bar, you'll reduce your CPU and bandwidth usage 💪

We have also made aesthetic improvements to the call window itself as well as the ringing pop-up

Space pop-ups have been acting a little crazy lately 🤪 (it's just a phase)

Pop-ups within the space should now no longer overlap with any part of the main space pop-up itself 🕺

Tired of your sticky emojis moving all over the place? Now they will stay in the same place on the reactions bar, even when deactivated 😄

Reactions will also not change their location on the bar! Previously, they would reorder based on frequency of use, but now they will only reorder until after the call is ended, so that no changes occur until you start a brand new call 💪

Fix

You now have access to the space menu again 🚀 Previously, the menu would be inaccessible and you wouldn't be able to delete spaces after creating them.

You can now access the space menu normally, so you can clean up any spaces you no longer need 😁🧹
